Return Policy

At Menaalpret, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy, giving you 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@menaalpret.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

We strive to ensure the quality of every item we ship. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at admin@menaalpret.com. We will assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Certain items are not eligible for return, including custom-made products (e.g., personalized or special orders), personal care products (e.g., beauty items), and hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. If you have any concerns or questions about whether your item qualifies for a return, please reach out to us.

To exchange an item, the quickest method is to request a return for your original item and place a new order for the desired item once the return is approved.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
